However, we do accept exchanges. We do not accept returns on hair that has been used, including cut lace, tangled or styled hair, or any signs of wear. If you believe you received the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

To initiate a request, please fill out our Return Form. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your exchange. If approved, we will process the exchange promptly.
